Process
What material do you need from our clients?
The material we need depends on the project. We will ask customers for any information required before or when quoting the project.
To create new web copy we usually require a site map and the client’s expectations of the website to quote and deliver an outline of content. Once that is approved we may need; company information (business strategy), examples of other copy styles your client likes, company marketing material and product information.
Will you need to be in contact with our client?
No. Editeam’s service is designed to compliment a web developer’s workflow. We aim to be an extension of your design/marketing company.
Payments and Accounts
Are accounts active even if they are not used?
Yes. Our accounts are only closed at the request of the account holder. If the account is inactive for a long period of time we will send an email asking if the account is still required.
Service
Who owns the rights to the material?
You own the rights to the material, and can choose to pass the legal right to your client. All material is treated in the strictest confidence. No writing is outsourced to a third party so you can be assured your privacy is our top priority.
